I can’t log in to Blackboard
Go to https://learn.humber.ca and enter your username and password.
If you receive an error message stating “your credentials can’t be authenticated,” it may be an issue with your password. The password is case sensitive, enter it exactly the way it was generated.
If you still have problems logging in to Blackboard, you may need to contact the IT Support Centre at 416-675-6622 ext. 8888 ( press option 0) for assistance.
I don’t see my course(s)
Students are added to Blackboard courses three days prior to the official start date of the course. If you don’t see your course(s) in Blackboard after the first official day of class, contact the Open Learning Centre.
I don’t see my course(s) and it already started
If the My Courses section says, You are not currently enrolled in any courses, check your MyHumber account to make sure you have not been dropped from the course. If you are still registered, try clearing your history and cache on your browser or use the private or incognito mode on your browser and login again.
If using another browser or incognito does not work, contact the Open Learning Centre.
My online test crashed. What do I do now?
If you’re in the middle of taking a test when your computer or Internet browser crashes:
- Restart your computer and see if you can access the test again and start from where you left off.
- If you can’t continue taking the test after restarting the computer then contact your instructor for further assistance.
