Where do I access my course?
If you are taking an online course at Humber College, there are various learning platforms that your course will be taught through. These learning platforms are your online classrooms. This is where you will find your course outline, class materials and meet your fellow students and instructor. Have a look below for more information on our online learning platforms and things you will need to know when taking an online course.
Learning Management Systems
Humber College uses a variety of different learning management systems (LMS), Blackboard, Ontariolearn (various platforms) and Education Systems.
Humber College’s online courses codes generally will contain a 900 section number (example: 909). Students typically get access to their course 2 - 3 days before the course start date.
OntarioLearn course codes will contain an 800 section number (example: 808). Students typically get access to their OntarioLearn course on the course start date.
Courses with the code TRAV, are through the Education Systems platform. These courses are continuous intake. Students will receive an email with course access.
Textbooks
Textbook information will be posted in your Blackboard site, usually in the course outline. Please check this first, to ensure you purchase the correct book for your course.

Refunds
For information about refunds or to request one, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 416-675-5005. Generally, $25 of the fee is non-refundable unless Humber cancels the course. However, some courses have unique refund policies.

Final Exam
Online students who are unable to write the final exam under their instructors' direct supervision have three proctoring options, Off campus, Virtual Proctoring and Humber's Test Centre. Education System
Once you have registered for this course at the registrar's office or online, download the Consent Letter, fill it out, and send it back to us via email or fax. You will receive your user name and password information in the email within three days from the day we receive your signed consent.
Once you have received your username and password information, click on Classroom to login to the Education System
