This course focuses on theories used in management; organizational theory; the processes of planning, organizing, leading and controlling; communications; behavioural strategies and techniques; ethical and social responsibilities in the practice of management; an overview of human relations. This course may be used as a prerequisite for DMAS 232 Dispute Resolution. Note: DMAS 230 is not recognized as a General Education credit by Humber.
