Business policy requires one to analyze the key implementation variables of culture, organizational structure, staffing, systems and leadership or management style. Students will utilize the strategic management case analysis model to develop and implement strategy. They will apply the strategic model (development and implementation) to a real-life organization and apply change models and develop change plans. They will use their knowledge of marketing, accounting, finance, management and manufacturing as this course builds on theory and concepts from BMGT 500 Strategic Management. Students will further develop their research, decision-making, creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, interpersonal, time management and presentation skills.
